Goal Management Workshop
Objective:
The workshop is designed for people looking to accomplish something new in their life. A goal might be a new or a better job, new or more meaningful romantic relationship, it might be learning a new skill (to play a guitar or dance), or becoming more physically fit (lose weight or build muscles). The goal can be something simple and tangible (buy a house) or something fairly abstract (become more optimistic or less shy)...
Many of us find it difficult to attain our goals and many of the goals result in failure. The purpose of this workshop is to teach the participants how to properly define and prioritize goals, how to define a winning strategy that will inevitably lead you to the accomplishment of the goals, how to keep yourself motivated along the way and most importantly, how not to be discouraged, when things don’t happen the way you expect.
Format:
The workshop is conducted as three 3.5-hour sessions and involves eight to ten participants. During the course of the workshop, participants will select up to 3 goals and will try to define an action plan as well as select appropriate strategies to accomplish these goals in the future.
The workshop is conducted by experienced professionals that bring life experience to the classroom. Additionally, materials used in our workshops are based on teachings of Dale Carnegie, Napoleon Hill and numerous strategies of NLP.
All theoratical topics are supplemented by practical exercises done in class. Homework assignments are to be prepared for each workshop session. The instruction is done primarily in English, but questions and discussions in French are welcomed.

- Strategy definition – how goals lead to strategies, how to define strategies
- Mind Mapping – visual technique for strategy definition
- TOTE strategy – NLP technique for format strategy development
- The Walt Disney Strategy – NLP approach for evaluation and refinement of an existing strategy
