This workshop had three things for me: the language, the content and the structure. The workshop exercises were varied and complementary.
Working in a small group promoted the interactions; seeing others progress allows learning as well. Having a “constant” group in every session provides more confidence. The camera is very important for making progress; it’s essential to see ourselves and become conscious of the impression that we make.
I very much liked the structure of the sessions; there was a very good balance between theory and practice: in fact, the sessions are lively and dynamic. The exercises are pleasant and even playful! The improvisations and storytelling (joke) work as a theatrical play, which I was accustomed to; it’s very interesting!
